Services
TchiDev LLC provides website design and development, mobile application development, UI/UX design, computer networking, branding, CCTV installation, and IT training services under individually scoped agreements.
Payment Terms
Project pricing and payment schedules are defined in individual client agreements or statements of work.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment. TchiDev retains rights to reusable frameworks and internal tooling.
Limitation of Liability
TchiDev LLC's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TchiDev LLC is registered.
